I started my path as a speech therapist at the University of Mississippi and ended up completing my master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology there as well.  I have always worked with the pediatric population, first through Dallas ISD. Once I decided it was time to explore other options, I was lucky to have found Speech and OT of North Texas.

I have a passion for, and experience with, a variety of disabilities and disorders which include articulation, phonology, receptive and expressive language, fluency, voice, pragmatics/ social language, late talkers, picture systems, AAC devices, autism, Down syndrome, various chromosomal disorders, and picky eaters. My experience has included working with ages 18 months to 18 years. I absolutely love what I do! Having the opportunity to work with a variety of children and their families on a daily basis allows me to stay creative, keeps me motivated and fulfills my desire to help others as much as I can.
